Misty Lake is the replacement for MistyLook. You may continue to use MistyLook as long as you don’t change themes, but the older MistyLook design may not receive new code updates in the future.

You can remove the "mist" effects with CSS, which is available through the <a href="http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/" rel="nofollow">Custom Design Upgrade</a>.
